Humber College – Retail Commercial Kitchen

This was the third phase of the Humber College Retail strategy.  The existing kitchen at Humber was designed in the 1960s and with Humber’s student population having grown significantly, a complete rebuild of the kitchen and surrounding areas was required.  This work included new kitchen equipment, a new LEED-compliant HVAC system and NFPA venting systems.

The new kitchen allows Humber staff to increase its output while allowing more sustainable and healthy food options for the students.
