Three Peaks – Reis Developments

ATA designed “3-Peaks” as a modern ski chalet home, nestled between Georgian Peaks ski hill and Georgian Bay, with a gable pavilion design and four-season appeal.

With this custom home residing on a corner lot, the L-shaped floorplan makes the home essentially built around the pool. With the main spaces looking out onto the pool area, this design serves well as a social space, while still providing a private oasis.

The expansive glass windows allow for plenty of natural light, serene mountain views, and a feeling of continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

With simple geometric forms repeated, the home features a cluster of buildings where each shape has its own internal space. Paired with a minimalistic approach, everything from the trim to soffits to overhangs, and a simple colour scheme of black and white, it’s the geometry of the buildings that read the strongest.
